Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the GARAWAK website and is provided by GARAWAK NAMATO CO. LTD.

1 - Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chonburi, Thailand.

2 - Carriers

We use EMS Global Express for all domestic and international shipments.

3 - Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is between 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

4 - Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped on the same day or the next business day after payment is confirmed.

5 - Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for bundle purchases of two or more items.

6 - International Shipping

We ship to most countries where iPhones are sold. We do not currently ship to North Korea or South Korea.

7 - Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

8 - Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

9 - Delivery Issues
